Airport Information

Bodo Airport is one of our dual Norwegian bases and is a civil airport in Bodø, Norway. It is located just south of the city centre, on the westernmost tip of the Bodo peninsula and shares facilities with the military air force base Bodo Main Air Station which is home to two squadrons of Norwegian Air Force F-16 fighters.

The airport serves nearly 2 million passengers a year acting as a major hub for the Northern sector of Norway.

Airwego routes range from our Twin Otter routes to local fjord side communities to more medium haul destinations throughout Europe, Scandinavia and Russia.

Our crews enjoy a diverse selection of picturesque scenery through the mountains and lakes together with some very challenging winter conditions where the most northerly of our Norwegian destinations have virtual continuous darkness.
